- 6 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tall cans (13 f oz each) PET evaporated milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons vanilla
- Rum
- Nutmeg and/or cinnamon
- Beat eggs, sugar and salt in 3 quart mixing bowl.
- Mix in evaporated milk, cream, vanilla and rum.
- Chill. Pour into punch bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg and/or cinnamon.
Yields: 2 quarts
