Category: Beverages- 1.5 oz cognac
- 0.5 oz rum
- 4 oz Wassail batch (Can serve cold as well as hot)
Garnish with apple slices or cranberries
Wassail batch:
- 1 qt apple cider
- 2 cups unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh OJ
- 0.75 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 tsp whole allspice
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium- low heat.
- Cook for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Milk and Honey
Category: Beverages1.75 oz Benedictine, milk, orange slice, cinnamon stick.
Warm milk, combine ingredients, garnish with orange and cinnamon.
Banff Mango

- 10 to 20 pounds of ice
- 2.5 handles (1.75 liters) of vodka
- 4 two liters lemon-lime soda
- 5 frozen juice mixes
- Cold water
Mix together and top off with cold water. Double for 10 gallon container.
Grandma’s Eggnog
Category: Beverages- 6 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tall cans (13 f oz each) PET evaporated milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons vanilla
- Rum
- Nutmeg and/or cinnamon
- Beat eggs, sugar and salt in 3 quart mixing bowl.
- Mix in evaporated milk, cream, vanilla and rum.
- Chill. Pour into punch bowl. Sprinkle with nutmeg and/or cinnamon.
Yields: 2 quarts
Frozen Hot Chocolate
Category: Beverages- 4 cups ice
- 5 packets hot chocolate mix (about 0.71 oz each)
- 1 and 1/2 cups cold milk
- Whipped cream
Fill a blender with the ice (to the 4 cup mark). Add cocoa mix and cold milk. Use the high or “ice crush” setting to blend for about 30 to 40 seconds. Makes two large or four small servings.
